The SD Discovery Center
would love to help you welcome your event
participants to Pierre. This offer is available to
conference & meeting planners, sporting/educational
event organizers, and reunion coordinators. Here
are a few ways we can help:
1. The SD Discovery
Center is willing to provide 1 free pass for all
registrants for your event. We just need a week or
so advance notice of the number of passes to provide
and the date you would like to pick them up.
Please include your actual participants in the
numbers. Of course, we are hoping that they bring
their paying family and friends with them when they
visit, though this is not required.
2. The SD Discovery
Center is available for off - hours rentals for
$200. This is a unique and fun place for an evening
reception, Sunday brunch, or family reunion.
Lots of natural light, colorful walls, and bright
exhibits make a welcoming backdrop for your special
event. Plus, you
can use your own caterer.
3. We can provide
fun, customized science programs for families or
children attending with your guests. Starlab shows,
Lewis & Clark programs and bubble festivals are a
couple of the favorites but there are many more
choices. Our prices are very reasonable and
can be tailored for all age groups, including adults. We'd love to be
creative for you.
